Estelle discovered her favorite form of creative expression was the
written word when she was in grade school. She "began writing" after
winning two cans of Planter's Peanuts by placing as a runner-up in a
limerick contest. Her manuscripts remained in her possession in closets and dresser drawers for decades.
Upon moving to Florida from New York once her children were grown,
Estelle pursued her lifelong passion of a writing career in earnest.
Estelle is an active member of the Florida Writer's Association.
She enjoys performance poetry and is a member of the Poetry Ensemble of Orlando.
